A Chef’s Study in Bluefin Tuna

Tuesday, July 17th – Saturday, July 21st, Join Naoki for a Chef’s Study in BlueFin Tuna.  The master sushi artist will prepare a variety of Japanese specialties, sourcing from an entire bluefin tuna. Dishes such as Bluefin Tartar, Toro and Akamai Nigiri, Negi Toro Maki and the can’t-be-missed Naoki-Style Bluefin Sashimi will grace the menu. Beverage Director William Powell pairs each dish with Chef Naoki’s choice of sake, as well as sparking and still rose’.
