A Chef’s Study in Bluefin Tuna

This week, June 20th – June 24th, Chef Naoki will expertly prepare a variety of Japanese specialties, sourcing from an entire bluefin tuna. Dishes such as Bluefin Tartare, Toro and Akamai Nigiri, Negi Toro Maki and Blue Fin Tataki will grace the menu. Beverage Director David Johnston pairs each dish with Chef Naoki’s choice of sake, as well as sparking and still rosé.
