Join Naoki for a Chef’s Study in Hamachi Yellowtail. The master sushi artist will prepare a variety of Japanese specialties, sourcing from an entire Japanese Amberjack or commonly known as Yellowtail. A La Carte dishes such as Hamachi Ceviche, Hamachi Collar, and Grilled Yellowtail and the can’t-be-missed Naoki-Style Hamachi Sashimi will grace the menu.
