On May 12th, join Chef Naoki for an interactive “Rollin’ with Naoki” sushi class and luncheon. Hosted in one of the most impressive kitchens in Chicago, guests with be instructed on the nuances of selecting and butchering fish, seasoning rice and traditional Japanese techniques. After the class, dine on your creations – tuna and salmon nigiri, a spicy tuna roll, inari sushi. Cost is 49.00, plus tax (not including gratuity) and includes a sparkling wine toast. Add beer or sake for an additional 20.00 per person.
